Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Minecraft gear, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
